Say hello to the new Sigma DP1x digital compact camera. The Sigma DP1x is a newer version of the DP1 large-sensor camera. It truly is a compact camera that delivers SLR capabilities in a tiny body.
True to Sigma’s digital imaging roots, the compact camera inherits a True II processor and an AF alogorithm which helps in the Sigma DP1x focus.
The high end compact camera, Sigma DP1x, boasts of a 14 mega-pixel, 20.7mm x 13.8mm image sensor which is larger than ordinary compact cameras. This means Sigma compact cameras capture rich light efficiently and provides high-resolution and richly-graduated tone images
Sigma DP1x comes with a 16.6mm F4 lens which handles low light well and produces vibrant high contrast images. It takes both JPEG and RAW photos, shoots 30 frames per second videos and has a hot shoe for flash accessories.
