Pentax has just released the M85, a simple and stylish digital camera for the everyday snapshooter. It offers a 12.0-Megapixel-CCD with 3x optical zoom lens, a 3.0’’ inch large LCD-Display, ISO range of 80-3200, 1280×720 @15fps HD capture capability, and special features like Face Recognition. At only 19mm thick, it would make a great carry around camera for your back pocket, in a purse, or a shirt pocket.
The M85 supports Landscape, portrait mode, museum, party/indoor, backlight, night portrait, self-portrait, fireworks, night landscape, copy, sports mode, sunset, foliage, beach, kids & pets, snow and aquarium shooting programs. As for flash, the modes supported are Fill-in mode, auto mode, flash OFF mode and red-eye reduction.
